Remember the London Street Parties of 1995? Camden High Street closed to cars and opened to people, with free food, free music and freedom to party? Islington's Upper Street reclaimed, where 1000's of partygoers did it in the road to the sound of repetitive beats, while kids played on the newly laid beach above the tarmac?
It happened again! this time upwards of 6000 people turned up on the M41 near Shepherds Bush in London to party and state their opposition to our car dominated transport system and accompanying theft of living space.
